Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support related to hardware, software, and networking
- Manage hotel POS and other software systems
- Setup and maintain CCTV, networking devices, and IP phones
- Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is required
- Ensure proper backup and IT security protocols are followed
Requirements:
- Diploma/BSc in Engineering (IT or related field)
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, networking systems, and IT support
