Job Overview
The Sales Executive will generate revenue by promoting Kazi Resort’s facilities and services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with corporate clients and event organizers, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Secure bookings for accommodations, events, and recreational services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and expand the client base.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable sales while delivering excellent customer service.
- Reporting & Feedback: Regularly update management on sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions, providing feedback to improve services.
- Event Sales: Collaborate with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers to promote and sell the resort’s event services.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry (resort or hotel experience is highly preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bengali and English.
- Sales-Driven: Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media for lead generation.
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and regional hospitality and tourism dynamics.
- Personality: Energetic, customer-focused, and approachable with a drive to exceed expectations.
