Job Context

The Manager – Talent Management will be responsible for driving the talent management strategy, which includes attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role will work closely with senior leadership to enhance the company’s employer brand, manage the onboarding process, and support organizational development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Talent AcquisitionOrganizational Development
Collaborate with department heads to align talent strategies with business needs.Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs.
Lead the Talent Acquisition team and oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing and onboarding.Develop and manage succession planning to prepare for future leadership needs.
Design recruitment campaigns and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, and events.Promote diversity and inclusion within the talent management strategy.
Conduct new joiner orientations and update orientation materials.Support employees in identifying career paths and development opportunities.
Develop recruitment assessment tests and job profiles.Develop individual development plans (IDPs) and retention strategies.
Enhance employer branding through networking and engagement in branding events.Utilize HR metrics to measure and improve talent management initiatives.
Guide department heads on best practices in talent acquisition.Conduct training needs analysis and design effective training programs.
Liaise with global offices to ensure cohesive talent acquisition efforts.Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements
Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
12-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in multinational companies with 500+ employees.
Professional certification in organizational behavior, psychology, or related fields (preferred).
Proven experience in talent acquisition and management program development.
Strong knowledge of performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
Proficiency with HRIS and relevant software.
