Key Responsibilities

| Administer and troubleshoot traditional, converged, and hyper-converged infrastructures. |
| Manage RISC/CISC environments, including Windows, Linux, and UNIX (AIX, Solaris). |
| Handle high availability (HACMP/Power HA, Pacemaker) and virtualization (VMware, etc.). |
| Utilize automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI). |
| Oversee storage, middleware (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, etc.), and infrastructure automation. |
| Conduct health checks, ensure system availability, and perform regular assessments. |
| Follow ITIL practices and promptly address audit concerns. |
| Provide 24/7 support for hardware, OS, and backup systems. |
| Perform vulnerability assessments and regular patching. |
| Manage vendors and handle multi-purpose hardware/software solutions. |
| Proactively ensure infrastructure stability and maintain updated documentation. |
Key Qualifications

| Graduation from a reputed UGC-approved university with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. |
| Experience: 5 to 8 years in managing large infrastructure, including Linux, virtualization, and middleware. |
| Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX), and server hardware (RISC/CISC). |
| Passionate about learning, problem-solving, and meeting challenges. |
| Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills. |
| Vendor certifications in UNIX, Linux, Windows, backup, and virtualization are a plus. |
| Self-driven, customer-centric, and able to meet deadlines. |
