Key Responsibilities:
- Support health information dissemination within communities.
- Assist in organizing community health programs and campaigns.
- Maintain and update health databases.
- Provide resources to community members seeking health-related assistance.
- Collaborate with local health facilities and service providers to enhance community health support.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably related to health, social sciences, or development studies).
- Previous experience in community health programs or public health is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Knowledge of community health issues in rural areas.
