The Opportunity
The Manager – Private Sector Engagement (Nutrition Activity) will lead the implementation of a workplace nutrition pilot in partnership with PRAN-RFL, focusing on monitoring and documenting the implementation process and learnings. The role includes providing technical assistance to ensure effective testing and implementation of the pilot, conducting monitoring activities, and following the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) process as per the research plan. Additionally, the manager will support knowledge-sharing and dissemination of key findings and coordinate with senior staff members from the private sector and other relevant organizations.

Qualifications and Experience
Requirements |
---|
Master’s degree, preferably in Nutrition. |
At least 6 years of work experience in nutrition, public health, or a related field, including program management. |
Experience working with the private sector and coordinating with senior partners. |
Proficiency in qualitative data collection, including focus group discussions and key informant interviews. |
Experience in assessing the impact of policy interventions and programs, including use of the CLA process. |
Strong understanding of public health nutrition and private sector working environments. |
